Advising an EU based banking institution in regulatory matters related to the direct provision of financial services in Greece by passporting;
Supporting two Real Estate Investment Companies through their licensing process before the Hellenic Capital Market Committee;
Advising several Greek and multinational groups es on the applicable requirements, content, formalities and legal consequences pertained to the submission of Assets and Financial Interests declarations pursuant to L.3213/2003;
Advising and supporting a leading water supply and sewerage company with respect to the drafting of its Internal Regulation on Public Supply and Service Contracts according to the applicable provisions of L.4412/2016;
Supporting a VC Management Company in the formation of an EU-funded venture capital fund (InnovFund), the drafting of the establishment and management agreement, and the negotiation with various institutional investors, including the EIF and the HDBI;
Conducting a regulatory due diligence process in a payment services provider;
Supporting an EU based energy group in acquiring a stake in an energy trading company, and completing a regulatory due diligence process in view of the transaction;
