With Decision A.1176/2026, the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR/ΑΑΔΕ) establishes the new framework for centralised customs clearance for exports, giving holders of the Authorised Economic Operator for customs simplifications (AEOC) licence the ability to submit export or re-export declarations at the customs office of their place of establishment, even if the goods are presented at a different customs office.
