Stephanie Dias
Director, Assurance, Integrated Audits and Shipping, PwC Greece
Stephanie is a Director in the Integrated Audits and Shipping of the Assurance practice of PwC Greece. She has over 19 years experience in delivering assurance services to a wide range of clients, both in Greece and internationally. Since joining PwC Greece in 2008, she has served clients primarily in the shipping industry. Her extensive audit experience in the shipping industry includes audits of US listed entities, compliance with applicable US GAAP/IFRS, PCAOB standards and SEC rules and regulations. She has also been involved in various capital market transactions, namely IPOs, capital raisings (equity and debt offerings) in the United States. She also leads audits of private shipping companies reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
Stephanie is a Chartered Public Accountant in Canada and holds a BComm Honors in Accountancy from McGill University.
