As PwC Greece Consulting Leader, Kostas leads a team of approximately 1,200 professionals across Greece with diverse and complementary skills.

For more than 26 years, Kostas has guided multidisciplinary teams to deliver business-led transformational solutions for organisations across industries through an end-to-end approach—combining sharp strategic insight with rigorous implementation and ultimately embedding and institutionalising change—to help clients optimise governance, organisational structures, and processes, while supporting effective monitoring and sustainable growth.

Earlier in his career, he held several key leadership roles at PwC. He began his career in the Assurance line of service, concentrating on regulatory-driven compliance re-engineering. He led integrated audits focused on corporate governance and the integrity of processes and internal controls, while also contributing to the Internal Audit team. He later transitioned to Advisory, initially leading PwC Greece’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice. He then moved into Consulting to build diversified capabilities in Strategy, Technology, Operations, Risk, and ESG and to deliver large-scale transformation programmes for listed multinationals. His leadership defined PwC Greece’s Consulting journey, putting it on a strong growth trajectory.

Kostas holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Applied Economics and Strategy from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
