Ioannis is a Managing Director and the Head of EU Affairs and Funding at PwC Greece.
Based in Brussels, with an established network across EU institutions and various agencies, he brings in rich experience on EU policies, funding tools and business development projects.
His areas of expertise spread across many fields in Research & Innovation programmes. Digitalization (transformation, Quantum computing, ICT, IoT), green/blue economy, energy, health, transport, defense, culture, society are some of them. His successful track record includes Funding instruments such as Horizon Europe, Innovfund, CEF, Life, AMIF, ESF, Eurostar, Erasmus.
With 25 years of professional experience as a CEO in Greece and abroad, he demonstrates strong and solid managerial skills granting the success.
Ioannis holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Université Paris Ouest Nanterre and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
