This one-week program is designed just for early-year university students who have started exploring potential career options, want to get an inside look at PwC and wish to start building connections for the future.
ESPA University internships
Our university internship program is more than just work experience - it’s your opportunity to bring your academic knowledge to life in the dynamic world of business. Thanks to our strong partnerships with universities across Greece, we offer internships throughout the year via the ESPA program, giving undergraduate students the chance to join our teams and gain real-world exposure.

Year- round internships
Our year-round internship program gives you the chance to join PwC at any time during the year and gain practical experience in a dynamic, professional environment. Our assessment and selection process
Apply online
The first thing you'll need to do is complete your application carefully, following all the instructions.
Digital interview
The next stage is an online interview, to get to know you better, understand your path so far and your career aspirations. Also, you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have regarding our firm and teams.
Offer stage
After successfully completing the previous steps, you’ll receive an offer to join our team!
