Rotational Program Information

Our Rotational Program is designed for graduates who want to explore different areas of our business before choosing a permanent path. You’ll rotate across multiple teams in Assurance and Consulting, gaining exposure to diverse projects, clients, and working styles. 

This program is ideal for those who are curious, adaptable, and eager to discover where they can make the greatest impact.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues and clients

Our work is teamwork, so your understanding of how organisations work will always be expanding. You’ll learn how to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients who have a whole range of skills and approaches. 

You’ll analyse information and solve problems 

Our work involves working with innovative technology to analyse data and using that insight to unlock complex problems. Each client’s situation is different, and our approach is always tailored to their needs.

You’ll be shaping tomorrow

You'll work closely with key players in the Greek market and make a real impact in the industry. You'll try out different types of work and projects and invest time with different clients, gaining professional experience and more in-depth knowledge across our Financial Services capabilities and propositions.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, STEM or related fields
  • 0-1 year of work experience (experience is not required, but would be considered as an asset)
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
  • Commitment to obtain the mandatory professional qualification
  • Ability to adapt effectively and demonstrate agility in response to change
  • Analytical & creative problem-solving skills
  • Military service is preferred to be fulfilled for male candidates

Make a real impact

For the first years you will be coached by top professionals to gain valuable insights and understand key trends shaping the Financial Services industry alongside how clients' business works. You will have the opportunity to develop unique and diversified skills through high-scale projects in Financial Services, by working on rotation assignments between Assurance & Consulting departments. At the end of the program, you’ll be in a position to decide along with your coach where you think your unique abilities, knowledge and capabilities can bring the most value by choosing a career between Assurance & Consulting.

Online assessment

A series of online assessments that measure your cognitive skills, behaviours, natural preferences and reasoning abilities.

Digital interview

The next stage is an online interview, to get to know you better, understand your path so far and your career aspirations. Also, you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have regarding our firm and teams.

Hiring Event & Final interview

The final step of our recruitment process consists of a group assessment and your final interview with the business team.
