A new Estonian law firm, PwC Legal Services, has started operations as part of the PwC network, offering clients legal assistance in various private and public law matters, including business law, employment law, and data protection. PwC Legal Services is part of the PwC international network, which means the firm can provide legal solutions worldwide in collaboration with other law firms within the PwC network. This enables the law firm to offer its clients a rare cross-border legal service in the Estonian legal landscape as well as access to an international network of contacts.
The establishment of the law firm allows PwC to offer its clients a comprehensive service in all areas of busines, from daily accounting to legal and tax consulting in complex international restructurings and transactions.
Attorney-at-law Karen Root, with extensive experience in business law and M&A, has over 20 years of experience in advising business sector entities. Karen is capable of advising companies at any stage of development in both complex transactions and day-to-day legal matters.
