Innova Capital buys a majority stake of the Estonian printing house LabelPrint

Innova Capital, a private equity firm operating in the CEE region, acquired a majority stake in LabelPrint, the leading printing house in Estonia.

PwC Estonia advised Innova Capital on the transaction, mainly assisting the latter in resolving issues related to due diligence, but also in the field of corporate finance.

The PwC team contributing to a successful completion of tax and financial due diligence included PwC Estonia’s transaction advisory consultants Allar Karu, Lisette Starostin, Karl Johann Luht and PwC Estonia’s tax experts Tanja Kriisa and Martin Tois. Michał Gójski, Partner of PwC Poland, was also involved in the project.

Allar Karu and Jere Robert Hirvi, transaction advisory consultants of PwC Estonia, dealt with corporate finance matters of the deal.
