Heather Isaacs is regional human capital (HC) leader, with overall responsibility for HC and learning and development. Heather came to the region on loan from PwC US in July 2012 as an advisor on people strategy and human capital function.
Heather has more than 20 years of HC support and leadership experience with the US firm in a variety of roles. She’s led or supported strategic and operational functions, such as compensation, HC continuous improvement, talent management, and global mobility and immigration operations. A graduate of Howard University, Heather joined the US firm as a recruiter and later oversaw the implementation of Retain in the US.
