Professional development is one of key OTP Bank’s objectives in HR area (the main goal being the business success). On 3-4 March 2016, PwC Academy delivered a Lean Six Sigma training for the Bank’s middle management personnel.
Before implementing changes members of the Bank’s management have learnt respective change principles and tools, the majority of which are best operational excellence practices. The training was delivered as an efficient and entertaining simulation.
Team work facilitates cooperation and interaction among team members, which are crucial for implementing operational excellence.

The simulation gave them the idea of life cycle of a service – from its development to delivery to end recipient. They have also learnt how to control production efficiency, quality and output.
The training has provided the participants with basics of operational excellence, skills of efficient and effective HR management, knowledge of processes and resources based on management and continuous improvement global best practices.
