CIMA Comprehensive Case Study-Based Business Performance Management Exam: Get Ready for the November 2017 Exam

PwC Academy delivered a free master class attended by over 40 clients from various local and international companies.

The master class covered both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The first part of the master class covered the following questions:

• What is the Comprehensive Case Study-Based Business Performance Management Exam in Russian?
• How is the exam structured?
• Who is eligible for the exam?
• How is the tuition structured?

The practical section included discussions of the CIMA business case study, in particular value-adding business models:

• The Porter's Value Chain and generic strategies
• Which of the chain's element is of the primary significance?
• Analysis of a fashion retail extract from the CIMA case study
• Business models in fashion retail

Participants had an opportunity to present their solutions and discuss various approaches and practical issues with their peers.

Analysis of the business case was followed by informal networking.
