We have a well-established team in Thailand to support the Cambodian team, which has been actively involved in a wide range of private sector advisory assignments as well as privatisation and public sector reform assignments in the airport, rail, gas, water, electricity, communications as well as national energy policy sectors.

We also provide project based advice, specialising in Public - Private Partnership projects ranging from assisting governments in evaluation of competitive tender proposals from private enterprises and advice on how to best structure contractual arrangements and bidding competitions to providing the private sector with deal structuring, finance raising and deal negotiation support, which often demand major global cooperation and business joint ventures as well as complex financing structures with long-term investment horizons.
We have considerable experience of developing (and where necessary assessing the quality of existing sponsor/financing models) complex financial models to verify a project's cash flows and substantiate its commercial and financial feasibility in support. Where necessary, we also provide transaction support services to funding institutions and banks.
