Frazer Lindsay

Frazer Lindsay is CEO for PricewaterhouseCoopers Caribbean Region Ltd. Previously Frazer filled the roles of regional assurance leader, territory senior partner for the Cayman Islands firm and regional operations leader. He joined PwC Cayman Islands in 1992 after spending two years with PwC Channel Islands. He was admitted to the PwC partnership in July 2000.

With more than 25 years of audit experience, 22 of those in offshore jurisdictions, Frazer’s client base includes bank and trust companies, offshore hedge funds, financing companies and special purpose vehicles.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants (CISPA). He is also a CISPA past president and a past chairman of the society’s Public Practices Committee.
