PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) opened an office in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) in June 2007. PwC’s BVI practice specialises in insolvency and restructuring and hedge fund wind down solutions. These services include insolvent, provisional and solvent liquidations, receiverships and schemes of arrangement. PwC BVI also offer investigations, fraud and asset tracing and forensic accounting services.
The office is led by Alexander Lower who has broad insolvency and restructuring experience across a range of formal processes including receiverships, liquidations, administrations, and cross-border restructuring, covering a wide range of industries and markets. Alex is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner under the British Virgin Islands Insolvency Act, 2003.
