Tax Alert No. 25 [SEC Notice on Extension of Temporary Use of 2020 Form for Filing of General Information Sheet on eFAST Until 30 June 2026]

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a Notice extending the temporary use of the 2020 General Information Sheet (GIS) Form for filings through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST) until 30 June 2026.

The extension is intended to allow corporations to complete setup and access requirements for the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (HARBOR) system, the SEC’s online platform for the submission of beneficial ownership information.
