Extension of Temporary Use of 2020 Form for Filing of General Information Sheet on eFAST

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the extension of the temporary use of the 2020 General Information Sheet (GIS) Form for filing through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST) until 15 May 2026.

Accordingly, corporations that are still in the process of setting up their eSECURE accounts, which provide entry to the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (HARBOR), may continue to submit their GIS using the 2020 version of the form within the extended period.

The 2020 GIS Form remains available for download from the SEC website. The extension is intended to allow corporations sufficient time to complete their eSECURE account setup or to arrange access to HARBOR, the Commission’s online system for submission of beneficial ownership information.
