Filing of returns as well as payment of taxes due thereon falling within the period 22 March to 30 April 2021
The Commissioner of Internal Revenue has issued RMC 41-2021 to allow the filing of returns and payment of taxes which are falling due within the period 22 March to 30 April 2021 with any Revenue District Office.
Those who are not required to file through the eFPS and eBIRForms system are encouraged to file using the eBIRForms System and pay the corresponding taxes through any ePayment channels.
