Advisory on the unavailability of Express Online Facility of BPI for Individual Taxpayers enrolled in eFPS

The Assistant Commissioner of the Collection Service of the Bureau of Internal Revenue has issued an Advisory dated 25 March 2019 (released/posted in BIR website on 28 March 2019), informing individual taxpayers enrolled in Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) of the unavailability of the BPI Express Online (EOL) due to technology obsolescence effective 28 March 2019.

In order to avoid inconvenience in paying taxes, all affected eFPS individual taxpayers who are using the BPI online payment facility are advised to register/enroll with any of the following eFPS-Authorized Agent Banks:

  1. Bank of Commerce
  2. China Banking Corporation
  3. CTBC Bank (C Formerly Chinatrust Bank)
  4. Citibank, NA
  5. Development Bank of the Philippines
  6. Deutsche Bank
  7. Eastwest Banking Corporation
  8. Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation
  9. Land Bank of the Philippines
  10. Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company
  11. MUFG Bank Ltd. (Formerly The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.)
  12. Philippine Bank of Communications
  13. Philtrust Bank
  14. Philippine Veterans Bank
  15. Philippine National Bank
  16. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation
  17. Security Bank
  18. Standard Chartered Bank
  19. United Coconut Planters Bank
  20. Union Bank
