Anna Marie G. Ordoñez

Anna is a Deals & Corporate Finance Partner of PwC Philippines since 2019. Anna has over 18 years of combined experience in financial audit, tax compliance, comptrollership and financial due diligence. She specializes in performing financial due diligence reviews, with 12 years of experience. She has assisted buy-side and sell-side clients with financial due diligence reviews focused on identifying purchase price adjustments, SPA considerations and post-closing acquisition issues.

Her industry exposure includes telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, power, logistics, broadcast media and entertainment, financial services, real estate, food and beverage, BPOs, and education industries.

Prior to moving to our Advisory practice, Anna has performed financial audits in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries. She also joined PwC Philippines’ and PwC Singapore’s tax compliance practices. Anna also acted as the financial comptroller at a Philippine-based BPO, which is now a PCCW-owned company.

Anna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Assumption Philippines in 1996. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

She has represented PwC in the Institute of Management Consultants of the Philippines since 2008. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
