Dennis M. Malco

Dennis Malco is an Assurance Partner of PwC Philippines. He has broad experience in auditing clients in the media, retail, entertainment and gaming industries. As part of his audit experience, he spent six months on secondment with PwC US’ Philadelphia office in 2012 for an audit of a US SEC listed company.

Apart from being an assurance partner, Dennis is also an accredited member of PwC’s Global Accounting Consulting Services (GACS), a virtual network of partners and consultants whose primary objective is to facilitate and promote the consistent application and interpretation of IFRS throughout the PwC network.

He further strengthened his technical expertise during his two-year secondment as part of the ACS team of PwC Singapore in 2014. He is an IFRS resource speaker in various internal and external seminars. His area of expertise is on business combinations and corporation reorganizations, revenue, leases, and impairment. In relation thereto, he has attended PwC local and foreign training programs and courses covering IFRS.

A certified public accountant, Dennis graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
