Mary Jade T. Roxas-Divinagracia, CFA, CVA

Jade has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, financial audits and due diligence, strategy and valuation, and infrastructure advisory services. Concurrently, she is the firm’s Markets Leader and Chief Strategy Partner, overseeing various internal stakeholder- and business-led vehicles and cross-service initiatives. She works closely with private equity firms and strategic investors on cross-border transactions, while also guiding local businesses and startups in securing investors and navigating debt and equity deals.

In the public sector, Jade advises government agencies, multilateral institutions, and private investors on infrastructure project viability and manages transactions and bidding processes for public-private partnerships (PPP). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA), and serves as Trustee and Vice President for Member Relations at CFA Society Philippines, alongside being a Graduate Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Jade completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2022, underscoring her commitment to leadership and strategic excellence.
