Lawrence leads the Office of the General Counsel and is the firm’s International Tax Services Leader, reflecting his extensive specializations in the legal practice. With over 18 years of experience, he specializes in tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consulting, international tax services, and tax litigation. Lawrence has advised on complex cross-border tax planning and major inbound and outbound investments across diverse industries, including power plant privatization projects.
A recognized thought leader, he is a sought-after speaker at tax seminars for clients and professional organizations. He holds accounting and law degrees from San Beda College and earned the Superior Performance Award upon completing the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
