Aira is the firm’s Assurance Risk Management Co-Leader and Quality Review Leader. With over 15 years of experience, she leads audits for multinational companies across industries such as semiconductors, technology, telecommunications, and logistics, including multi-location engagements under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reviews.
Aira brings global perspective through her secondment with PwC US’ New York office, where she audited US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)–listed entities in accordance with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards. Known for her strong methodology background and collaborative approach, she designs efficient, high-quality audits tailored to client needs. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Aira holds a BS in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP).
