PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Papua New Guinea's leading professional services firm, invites you to apply for the following opportunity based in Port Moresby.

Leading our Strategy and Transformation team, you’ll be working with senior management and lines of service to support the implementation of the firm strategy and manage change projects. You’ll be part of our community of solvers under Internal Firm Services, which support the client-facing business units. You’ll focus on driving projects from a people and digital perspective, engaging internal stakeholders in bringing the strategy to life and supporting them as they go through transformation due to changes in business tools as well as other digital and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • driving the implementation of new digital tools and leading the change initiatives required of these, such as training and communications;
  • championing the use of digital tools in the firm;
  • bringing innovation and new ideas to improve ways of working;
  • providing strategic oversight to technical digital projects;
  • supervising the implementation of learning and development initiatives in the digital space;
  • managing the local execution of global projects;
  • collaborating with local, regional and global teams to drive project execution;
  • managing and coaching a lean team, and guiding team members’ career development.

 

You will be agile in managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and have a collaborative approach to providing solutions to the needs of the lines of service. You will ideally hold a relevant post graduate or tertiary qualification, with a strong change management background and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Experience in managing digital change projects will be ideal.
