Strategy and Transformation Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• proposing and creating solutions to help automate and/or improve processes
• executing the Digital Academy, PwC Network’s curriculum for data analytics and visualisation 
• supporting the firm’s digital upskilling initiatives through facilitating trainings and curating e-learns available within the PwC Network
• developing knowledge of some of PwC’s digital tools and acting as the day to day contact person for these
• researching on available tools within the PwC network and how these could be used to create digital solutions.

You will be a self-starter who’s able to initiate self-directed learning of PwC’s digital tools and suggest ideas on how these can be used to solve team’s pain points. Essential skills in this role include willingness to learn, creative problem solving and being a team player.   

You will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in computer science or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Experience in managing digital projects, programming, as well as data analytics and visualisation will be ideal.
