A career within our Advisory Line of Service as a Senior Manager will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients and work alongside business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. We work with PNG’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment. We help create sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimising deals, and aligning costs with business strategy to create a competitive advantage. In particular, we are looking for relevant skills in risk and compliance, internal audit, digital and business transformation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
dealing effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
coaching team members, recognising their strengths, and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development
initiating open and candid coaching conversations at all levels
anticipating stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions
contributing technical knowledge in area of specialism
navigating the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements
initiating and leading open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
