Financial Accountant

You'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and leading initiatives to simplify processes. You'll work closely with other business units to support our overall strategy. Join us in shaping the future of finance at PwC PNG—where your work matters and your impact is real.​

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analysing monthly accounts. ​

• Monitoring and reporting on key financial metrics.

• Creating financial reports for internal stakeholders.

• Making sure internal controls and compliance with statutory regulations and firm policies are followed.

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members.​

   

Desired skills and qualifications:​

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.​

• Full CPA PNG membership or equivalent.​

• At least three years of experience in a similar role.​

• Proficiency in accounting software, advanced excel skills, and digital tools.​

• Strong verbal and communication skills, proactive and solution-focused.
