How we’ve helped families like yours

A founder in his seventies needed help deciding whether his daughter, the company’s COO, was ready to lead. We worked with the family to evaluate succession options, helped form a board that included non-family members, and carried out a capability assessment for the COO.

A fifth-generation media business had always kept its board entirely within the family. We helped the family evaluate the board’s oversight role, expand it to include outside members, and form committees to oversee management, recommending candidates for the new seats.
