FIDIC Certified Adjudicator and Trainer, recognized on the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.
A civil engineer with dual master’s degree in construction management and in Construction Law and Arbitration (LLM) and has over 30 years of international experience in construction contract and claims management, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Irmak has led and participated in numerous FIDIC training courses, served as a dispute board member and chair on major infrastructure projects, and acted as an expert witness in arbitration cases involving FIDIC contracts.
He is the founder of MC2 MODERN International Construction Project Management & Consultancy Corporation, providing specialized services in FIDIC contract applications, claims management, and dispute avoidance.
Mr. Irmak has trained professionals and advised on projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and is a frequent speaker at international FIDIC conferences and workshops.
Ketevan Shervashidze

FIDIC Certified Contract Manager with a strong background in legal advisory for infrastructure projects.
Ketevan has managed and advised on FIDIC-based contracts for hydropower plants, water treatment facilities, irrigation systems, highways, and residential buildings. Her expertise covers contract management, claims preparation, dispute resolution, and active participation in DAB/DAAB hearings.
She has led multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
As Manager at PwC Georgia and former Chief Legal Officer at construction companies, Ketevan has negotiated and drafted numerous FIDIC-based contracts, supervised international arbitration under FIDIC frameworks, and delivered trainings and presentations at industry conferences.
