Nana Chkhobadze, Director, Assurance and Transaction Services:

Nana, is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with over 16 years of experience, leads PwC Georgia's Accounting Advisory and Transaction services. She played a pivotal role in establishing the market and product mix for accounting advisory services in Georgia. Nana specializes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), offering consultation services across various industries. Nana is actively involved in numerous donor-funded projects supporting IPSAS implementation in the public sector. A certified auditor and professional accountant with a BBA in Finance and Accounting, she brings extensive expertise across her areas of operation. Nana’s strategic insight has cemented PwC Georgia’s position as a trusted advisor in both the private and public sectors.

Eto has over 20 years of experience in the finance field.  Before joining PwC, she held various positions in the banking and manufacturing industries, including roles such as a Director in the bank and Head of the Accounting Division. Eto joined PwC Georgia in 2015 and she has played a key role in shaping the TRS practice, ensuring high standards in accounting, payroll, and tax compliance for clients across diverse industries.

Eto helps businesses navigate through complex accounting challenges and achieve sustainable success. She believes in the power of collaboration, inspiring her teams to consistently deliver exceptional results and build lasting partnerships.


Ben Pietersen, Director, Transfer Pricing Services:

With over 13 years of international experience in transfer pricing, Ben is an expert in providing comprehensive services to multinational corporations. His skills include preparing detailed transfer pricing documentation, conducting rigorous economic analyses and benchmarking studies, and delivering insightful technical assessments. Ben also excels in guiding clients through transfer pricing controversies, leveraging his deep understanding of the field's principles. A passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, Ben focuses on enhancing the knowledge of the various transfer pricing teams across Eurasia. He also established the OneEurasia transfer pricing team, uniting regional expertise to offer clients exceptional service tailored to their unique needs.
