Teet Tender becomes the new leader of PwC Estonia

December 2021

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Estonia’s largest business advisory and auditing firm, will be led by Teet Tender, PwC Partner in the Central and Eastern Europe region and Head of Baltic Advisory. Teet Tender takes up his new role on January 1, 2022.

PwC’s current leader Tiit Raimla, who has worked in PwC for 28 years, will step down for health reasons.

“I will take over from Tiit at a time when PwC continues to be a clear market leader in the audit and consulting business. Today, we have strong leaders in every service line and a long bench, the best team we ever had, and this will continue to be the greatest value for our customers,” said Teet Tender. “PwC's business volumes have grown strongly due to several new consulting areas. Today, we are not only an expert in digitalisation and sustainability services, but also leading the way in these sectors."

Teet Tender has been working for PwC since 1998. He has been Head of Advisory in Estonia since 2005 and in the Baltic states since 2017.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Economy at Tallinn Technical University (TalTech) in 1996 and master’s degree in Business Management at the same university in 2004.

PwC is one of the world’s largest organizations providing business advisory services. It is represented in a total of 156 countries and employs over 295 000 people. PwC has been operating in Estonia since 1992 and by today it has grown into the largest business consultancy firm on our market.
