PwC teams in Finland and Estonia advised the sale of Siparila to Thermory
Teams from PwC Finland's and Estonia's Corporate Finance and Legal Services acted as financial and legal advisors to Siparila Oy and its owner in the sale of majority of the shares in Siparila Oy to Thermory AS. The Estonian team included Teet Tender, Raul Ruubel, Rutt Värk and Markus Roogna.
Siparila Oy is a leading provider of wooden ready-painted interior and exterior panels in Finland. The company was founded in 2003 by its CEO Juha Sojakka. Today, the company employs over 130 people, and has net sales of 34 EURm exporting about 30% of sales outside Finland.
