On October 31st, the prestigious Silverspoon/Hõbelusikas gala took place for the 21st time at the Tallinn Seaplane Harbour, celebrating the best achievements in Estonian gastronomy. This year, 57 restaurants participated in the competition, and the winners were determined through a months-long evaluation process where the scores given by 110 anonymous judges during restaurant visits revealed the best in various categories.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) once again played a crucial role as the data processor, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the competition results. PwC has been the partner for processing results and compiling rankings since 2016.
At the Silverspoon/Hõbelusikas gala, the best in various categories were recognised, including Ecrin as The Best Fine Dining Restaurant, and Koyo, which received awards for both Best Asian Cuisine and Best Restaurant Service. Alexey Aleksandrov (Ecrin) stood out as the Best Chef.
