PwC Estonia transactions team advised the acquisition of iD Süsteemide OÜ

The transactions team of PwC Estonia advised DncOne OÜ, managed by Mr. Üllar Jaaksoo, in the acquisition of iD Süsteemide OÜ (iDS). iDS develops POS and retail management software BUUM, provides technical support services and related hardware products. iDS will continue to innovate in partnership with its customers. The Company is active across Estonia with a wide- and reputable client base, company also has its first customers in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

PwC Estonia´s transactions team supported the Due Diligence process, helped to structure financing solution and advised on all M&A legal aspects and included the following experts: Indrek Ergma, Rutt Värk, Teet Tender, Raul Ruubel, Maris Tamp, Karin Marosov, Kristina Stokkeby, Imbi Jürgen, Liisa Levandi and Egert-Gerret Kreek.
