PwC Estonia advised the acquisition of Replace OÜ by Xllnc Nordic AB

The financial and tax advisors of PwC Estonia advised the transaction whereby Xllnc Nordic AB acquired Replace OÜ.

The core focus area of Replace is to deliver mobile and IT equipment recycling services to large Nordic and European enterprises, while Xllnc delivers IT lifecycle management solutions to large corporations, the public sector and schools. Xllnc is majority owned by Norvestor, one of the most established and experienced private equity firms in the Nordic region and currently makes investments from a EUR 600 million fund.

PwC Estonia´s team conducted vendor financial and tax due diligence of the project and the team included Teet Tender, Raul Ruubel, Kristjan Jalakas, Mari-Liis Kikas, Jere Robert Hirvi, Tanja Kriisa and Maret Ansperi.
