PwC advised MM Grupp on the sale of iDeal Group to an Italian company

Our M&A team has once again successfully completed another transaction: we advised MM Grupp on the sale of 100 percent stake in Apple Premium reseller iDeal Group and its subsidiaries to the Italian company C&C S.p.A.

MM Group board member Kristel Volver says that their strategy in the last year and in the future is to focus on their core businesses and to gradually withdraw from separate financial investments. "iDeal has been a successful investment from the beginning, which has grown into an important player in MM Group in Estonia, Latvia and Finland. From here on, it is a logical step to sell the company to a strategic player in the field such as C&C. To date, C&C has confirmed its presence in Apple's business in Italy, France and in Sweden and was looking for ways to expand business to new markets," said Volver.
