PwC advised Estonia's largest food wholesaler on the acquisition of a competitor
AS Kaupmees & KO, an Estonian wholesaler of food and basic consumer goods and a supplier to the HoReCa sector, is buying VL Holding OÜ, which is engaged in food wholesale and logistics.
As a result of the transaction, AS Kaupmees & KO will acquire the company VL Holding OÜ together with the wholesale companies Vegelog OÜ and Karisma Food OÜ belonging to the group and the logistics company Jahelogistika OÜ, thus improving its product range and logistical capacity.
