A comprehensive business event analysis of employee-related operations has just been completed for the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The purpose of the analysis was to create a future solution - illustrated by an interactive prototype - that allows the entrepreneur to find consolidated information on employee-related services and access to service environments, from one central window, eesti.ee for entrepreneur. The new solution is expected to be live on the eesti.ee portal by the end of 2024.
Andra Aedma, project manager of the digital gateway for entrepreneurs: "The analysis carried out by Gofore Estonia OÜ and PwC Estonia Advisory helped us map how many different obligations and opportunities entrepreneurs actually have in relation to employees - during the analysis, as many as 126 different services were identified. The concept and prototype of the future solution of the employee-related services in eesti.ee portal came to life in close cooperation with public sector institutions, companies, analysis partners and us as the client. In the future, entrepreneurs can find employee related services and information much easier and faster. Throughout the process, the analysis partner cooperated very well with all parties, which is why it was a pleasure to work with them."
The analysis was prepared in close cooperation with PwC Estonia, PwC Legal Estonia, Gofore Estonia OÜ, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, the Estonian Information System's Authority, and the involved institutions. Elis Raudkett, Eveli Glinjanski, Merilin Köörna, Tarmo Meresmaa from PwC Advisory contributed to the project. From PwC Legal - Indrek Kukk and Simon Suuban. Bert Viikmaa and Tuuli Pärenson from Gofore Estonia.
An article by Elis Raudkett and Eveli Glinjanski explaining the project and the planned changes in more detail may be accessed on the blog of Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications (in Estonian).
