Verston Group is acquiring Smartecon

Verston Group OÜ is acquiring Smartecon OÜ, an Estonian energy infrastructure company.

Verston Group OÜ is the parent company of Estonia’s leading infrastructure construction and maintenance group, devoted to shaping a smarter and more sustainable future. Verston has built several major green energy projects over the years together with its partners. Smartecon specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of energy production and storage solutions, having built upwards of 1,000 solar power plants in five countries.

According to Veiko Veskimäe, Founder and Co-CEO of Verston Group, the acquisition of Smartecon enables Verston to offer end-to-end energy infrastructure services, combining expertise in planning, construction, and the upkeep of roads, facilities, and energy infrastructure.
