Rimi Baltic Group to acquire retail property from Prosperus Asset Management

Rimi Baltic Group is in the process of acquiring a modern retail property in Pärnu from Prosperus Asset Management. The property comprises 2,486 sq. m of retail space, with Rimi serving as the anchor tenant.
Prosperus Asset Management is an alternative investment fund focused on real estate investments in the Baltics. Rimi Baltic is one of the leading retailers in the Baltic States, operating in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania with more than 260 stores.
PwC has been providing financial and tax due diligence to Rimi Baltic Group, alongside buy-side financial and tax transaction advisory services. PwC’s financial team included Raul Ruubel, Allar Karu, and Violeta Kirilovaitė.
