Elisa acquires IT services company PRO IT Teenused

Elisa and PRO IT Teenused have finalized a purchase agreement under which Elisa, a leading telecommunications and digital services provider in Estonia, will acquire PRO IT Teenused. With this transaction, Elisa aims to expand its portfolio of business customer services and strengthen its expertise in IT services and mission-critical network solutions.

PRO IT is an experienced provider of network solutions whose service model, targeted at business clients, helps avoid large one-time investments while ensuring network security, flexibility, and relevance as business needs evolve. By joining Elisa, PRO IT gains a stronger platform to further develop its service model, expanding technical capabilities and offering clients even more comprehensive IT and network solutions.
