Asker Healthcare Group acquires ITAK OÜ

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in ITAK OÜ (ITAK).
ITAK offers an extensive range of mobility aids, personal care products, and medical devices directly to patients and their caregivers through 22 service centres throughout Estonia, as well as online. Asker Healthcare Group is a partner to caregivers and patients across Europe, providing quality medical products and solutions.
PwC Estonia assisted the buyer, OneMed OÜ, with the financial and tax due diligence process and helped in deal negotiations. The project team included Allar Karu, Egert-Gerret Kreek, Mark Kostin, Martin Tois and Merli Suu.
