Alwark acquires Willenbrock Baltic OÜ and Multitruck OÜ

Alwark has signed an agreement to acquire Willenbrock Baltic OÜ and Multitruck OÜ.

Alwark, operating in the Baltics and Ukraine, sells, rents, and services new and used heavy equipment. Willenbrock Baltic sells, rents, and maintains heavy machinery such as forklifts and warehouse equipment, while Multitruck sells heavy machinery. The acquisition enables Alwark to expand its presence an product portfolio in the Estonian market, and provide a better service to customers who require different types of heavy machinery. In a wider context, Alwark Group is a part of the KJK private equity group.

PwC Estonia advised Alwark with financial and tax due diligence. The project team included Allar Karu, Egert-Gerret Kreek, Anna Krumgolts, Martin Tois, and Merli Suu.
