Your role will be not only to understand technical challenges, from the merger of two banks and building global data repositories to transferring technologies to the cloud, but you will mainly translate technological solutions into “human” language for our clients. And if you are attracted by technological fields with overlap into risk management, AI, data management or cybersecurity and you want to be involved in their implementation, operation and transformation, you’re in the right place.
What will you learn?
Throughout your experience, you will become familiar with myriad state-of-the-art technologies and IT architectures, discovering the core systems used by companies across various sectors.
You will find out exactly what you most enjoy about technologies while learning to plan projects and create high-level roadmaps.
Your journey will also include learning everything about security and the fight against hacking attacks, as well as obtaining contacts to high-quality IT-solution providers.
Sensible trainings will be provided, leading to valuable certificates, and you'll develop skills to assess data and formulate companies’ technology strategies based on that information.

What will you be involved in?
- You will use your English and, for example, German for working on international projects.

- The main role of every intern is to help others and learn from them; you will be no exception.
- You will help with necessary project administration from the beginning.

What will you be involved in?
For you, the same will apply as for interns, as well as the following:
- As soon as we present you with a project, you will quickly have to find your bearings and determine what needs to be done.

- As a consultant, you will be a key player in projects for clients, and you will brainstorm and implement innovative solutions in the area of business and technology throughout the Czech Republic and Europe.

What will you be involved in?
- You will work on projects more or less independently.
- You will take on the given issue and fully manage it – you will simply know what to do and how to do it.

- You will also be responsible for others who are just beginning to work in the Tech Department.

What will you be in involved in?
- You will be responsible for the team strategy, budgets, recruitment and other important decisions.
- You will also be in charge of all projects that your team works on.
- You will be the key contact for clients, and you will thus participate in the most important negotiations and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
- You will manage cooperation with other team leaders.
- You will be involved in the internal workings of the company, and you will be in closer contact with its management.
- Senior Managers or, as the case may be, Managers will be your right hand, through whom you will lead the whole team.
- You will be seen and heard – you will represent the company in the media (TV, podcasts), at professional panel discussions and at universities.
- You will regularly meet Directors and Partners from around the world and share know-how with them.
