Our financial auditors help clients to increase the credibility of their financial statements, on which their investors, creditors and regulatory authorities rely. We help to uncover fraud and discrepancies, as well as to improve company processes. What will you learn?
You will learn both Czech and international accounting standards (IFRS) and develop your analytical skills.
Through continuous learning, you'll stay updated on trends, innovations, and digitalization, supplemented by our annual training program.
You'll become a master of communication within the team and with clients, practicing English every day as it will be essential for your role.
You will have the opportunity to obtain the internationally recognized ACCA certificate and attend courses for a statutory auditor’s license.
You will progressively master audit methodology and gain experience leading large and small teams, all while using state-of-the-art digital tools.
You may also have the chance to go for an internship at a foreign branch.

What will you be involved in?
- You will undergo internal training.
- Based on your abilities, we will assign to you individual tasks in audit projects.
- You will learn to test individual areas of financial statements and evaluate the functionality of our clients’ financial supervisory environment.
- Your responsibility for assigned tasks will gradually grow and thus so will the level of collaboration within your team.
- You will gain experience with our audit systems – e.g. AURA, Alteryx, Connect and DataSnipper, as well as the old, familiar Excel.
- You will learn how to check the correctness of invoices and carry out reconciliation of accounting documents.
- You will gain insight into numerous companies and sectors, and sometimes even enjoy travelling.

☆Start your career in audit, gain an understanding of our clients’ operations and start ACCA examinations.
What will you be involved in?
- We will first thoroughly train you together with other new employees, with whom you will provide mutual support.
- You will improve your testing of accounting items and checking of client outcomes with the support of more senior colleagues.
- You will be given more responsibility; you will test simpler operations entirely on your own.
- Interns may assist you with tasks.
- We will entrust you with communication with the client, primarily with the accounting department on the client side.
- You will begin your journey toward acquiring international ACCA accounting certification, which will definitely benefit you in the future.

What will you be involved in?
- Together with juniors, you will make a great team, which you will lead, and you will ensure that clients and colleagues deliver their outputs on time.
- The types of tasks for which you are responsible in individual projects will be expanded, e.g. assessment of risk areas, accounting estimates, adjustment items, reserves and other complex areas.
- You will communicate more with clients and become a Field Leader responsible for the basic management of projects.
- You superior will be the Team Manager and you will be his/her right hand.

What will you be involved in?
- Responsibility for a complete project will be added to your to-do list.
- You will be the primary contact for our clients, with whom you will be more in touch.
- You will take on responsibility for more complex accounting matters and deal with various discrepancies in client data.
- Your liaison officer will be the audit partner.
- An integral part of your work will be leading and coaching your larger team.
- You will begin to play an active role in the recruitment of new auditors, e.g. at job fairs and workshops.

What will you be involved in?
- You will complete the studies necessary for obtaining a statutory auditor’s license for signing statements from the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic.
- You can go for an assignment at one of our foreign branches.
- You will be in charge of audit contracts that are complex in project terms.
- You will coordinate with more junior colleagues on the course of all projects.
- You will be responsible for the final correctness of audits.
