The first round of the selection process for a junior role comprises our three online tests. These will take you about an hour to complete and will test important areas that are necessary for working at PwC. Some important advice: points are not deducted for wrong answers. :)
1. English
We will test your knowledge of business English and idioms. This is essential for us, because we work with international colleagues and clients.
2. Numeracy
Cross-multiplication, percentages, word problems – nothing you haven’t seen before. You can use a calculator, Excel or other tools. However, the main thing is that you budget your time correctly.
3. Game-based Assessments (GBA)
Three analytical games that test your logical and analytical thinking.
Be in good condition – Sleep well and eat so that you have energy.
Do it on a computer – Time plays a big role here and it won’t go so smoothly for you on a mobile telephone.
Find a quiet place – So you can concentrate in peace and quiet.
Try it in the morning – Results are usually better in the morning than in the evening, when you may be tired.
Don’t underestimate it – Take this seriously. Based on the tests, we decide whether or not you will continue in the selection process.
