Gloria is the leader of the Tax Services practice of PwC East Caribbean and has over 20 years as a tax professional based in Barbados. Gloria has been in public practice since 1983 and has a broad range of experience on Barbados and Eastern Caribbean tax issues.  She has provided corporate and personal advisory and compliance services to a wide variety of clients in many industries, including hospitality, international businesses, banking, insurance, oil & gas, public utilities, etc.

She has worked on a number of teams to develop tax efficient organisational structures for multinationals, utilising Barbados’ treaty network. She has been a member of the tax committees of both ICAB and the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA).  More recently she has served on the BIBA Task Force on legislative proposals to reform Barbados’ incentive regimes.  She has also served on the Government’s Technical Working Group in External Trade Negotiations Sub-Committee on Trade in Services.

Gloria is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB)
