  This area addresses the primary competencies needed by all employees to successfully participate and contribute to the performance of an organisation. It is particularly beneficial for junior to middle level staff.
• · Supervisory/Management Development Program
  
  Designed for supervisors, team leaders, and managers, these programs are an introduction to the latest thinking in supervisory and management theories and practices. Some of these factors include developing leaders at work, creating and fostering team work, and implementing and managing change.
• · Organisational Development

• Course plans, content and objectives are agreed with you prior to final course material preparation. Our reference material is designed for course usage and can then be used to assist participants in their day-to-day duties.

• Our training course delivery includes a wide range of structured information sessions that build from understanding to application, skill demonstration, workbook exercise, activities, assessments and case studies that invite participation.

• Reports on training course outcomes and individual participation are provided on course completion. All participants receive certification of course completion.
