Insourced Solutions for Tax

The Insourced Solutions for Tax (IST) practice is the first of its kind, primarily comprised of tax professionals who join the practice directly from our clients. IST is an alternate solution for our clients who are looking to optimise their tax department, but don't have the appetite or ability to manage the optimisation themselves.

Working closely with the internal finance, human resource and business teams, we are able to leverage our knowledge of our clients' tax operations and relationships across the business to continue to provide an "in-house" feel. For those clients looking to make the “build vs. buy” decision our team provides an opportunity to leverage a ready-built team that understands the unique needs of a tax function's stakeholders.

The team has extensive experience in managing the tax affairs of companies across various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Power, Healthcare, Capital, etc. in Sub Saharan Africa. This enables us to offer a regional tax solution for multinational companies operating in Sub Saharan Africa. The team is able to leverage on its regional presence to assist client to manage their tax affairs.
